It applies to Redline and its Umbrella Organization, except where any related company presents its own statement.

This collection and use is covered by the client’s privacy policy, unless otherwise described. Our agreement with the client may allow us to request and collect information about authorized users of these products or services for reasons of contract management. In this case, this privacy statement, or a supplementary privacy notice, applies.

Personal information that we collect and how we use it.
It includes information on your Account (Login), Redline Website and Coockies, Marketing, Contractual Relationships, Support (Redline service or products), Locations and Risks, Recruitment and Labor, Cookies and similar Technologies or applications, Insurance (“insurance” also include “reinsurance”) and Bonding information including policy Underwriting and Risk assessment.
The information that we collect and use may include profile information, interactions on webpages and emails, marketing preferences, information to risk evaluation and policy issuance, information to improve our business, and more related to our commercial activity.
Account (Login)
You can create an account with Redline by creating a User or ID. A User or ID provides Redline with your name, email address, and country or region of residence. User or ID may be required for contracting and/or management of Redline products and services.
We may also store your details from business contact information that you provide to us, or that we collect from your organization, our business partners, or our suppliers.
Redline Websites
Our websites could offer ways to communicate with you about us, our products, and services. The information that we collect on websites is used to provide you with access to the website, to operate the website, to improve your experience, and to personalize the way that information is provided to you. If you visit our websites without logging in with a user or ID, we may still collect information that is connected to your website visit.

Contractual Relationships

We record the information that is provided to handle the support query, for administrative purposes, to foster our relationship with you, for staff training, and for quality assurance purposes.

When underwriting insurance, location and risk-related data is collected to assess and manage risk, determine premiums, and provide customized policy options, etc. Insurers (“Insurers” also include “Reinsurers”) use this information to identify potential vulnerabilities, calculate probable loss, and and offer adequate coverage.
Recruitment and Labor
We are constantly searching for new talent for our organization, and we collect information about job applicants or prospective candidates from several sources. When an employee leaves Redline, we continue to process information that is related to them for any remaining business, contractual, employment, legal, and fiscal purposes.

To obtain a risk assessment and secure insurance and bonding, personal information is typically required. This data enables Insurance Companies (also included Reinsurance Companies) to evaluate potential risk and determine policy terms and costs, facilitating informed underwriting decisions.

We may share your personal information internally and externally with suppliers, advisors, or Business Partners for legitimate business purposes, and only on a need-to-know basis.

Redline does business worldwide. Information Security and Retention
